I'm a luthier and tour tech here in Philadelphia, PA.
I currently tour as a tech for Post Malone's band. I've most recently worked with Foster The People, Jenny Lewis, Ani DiFranco, Kurt Vile, Sarah Jarosz, and Paul Gilbert amongst others.
I am 1/3 of Braxton & Hyde Philadelphia Fretworks, a shop I run with my good buddies Ryan Hyde and Kyle Laganella.
I've been working on guitars and touring as a tech for 10 years now, but before that I was a long-time working guitar player. The instrument has been the constant in my life, and is vital to my existence.
With that, I'll say this...
There is more to a guitar than meets the eye...and ear.
There is an unmistakable feeling you get when you play one, or hear one, and everything is in it's right place. I look forward to showing you all what that looks, feels, and sounds like.
I grew up on Braxton Road in Rosemont, PA...across the fence from the Villanova University football field. There are fond memories of family and friends and growing up. And...if I ever BUILT a guitar, I'd say Braxton is a cool name.
